On July 1, 2024, Madeira was divided into three transport companies: SIGA CAM, SIGA Rodoeste and SIGA Horários do Funchal. This measure aims to potentially standardize the pass system (although it has not been officially confirmed) and make life easier for people when commuting, whether to work or school. Instead of relying on 2 buses from different companies, passengers will be able to count on just one or, at most, two companies for their trips.

SIGA CAM will unite the São Gonçalo company, SAM and the Caniço and Moinho Rent-a-Car company, offering services throughout the western part of the island, including Porto Santo.

SIGA Funchal Schedules will continue to operate normally, including the service to Curral das Freiras.

SIGA Rodoeste will also maintain its regular operations, serving the eastern part of Madeira Island as it did previously.
